Penn State Bribing Bars Not To Serve Booze On State Patty’s Day

Goodness me! What is the world coming to when universities are not trusting their students to be responsible? Granted, students probably are going to celebrate the day by enjoying an adult beverage or two, but the meat of it is that they are just that – adults. Why is it up to the Universities to butt in?
